I don’t remember when the first time was that I did yoga, or when the first time was that I lifted weights. I do remember that if there was any connection between these two things, I couldn’t see it. Taking yoga classes in college, I asked the teacher if strength training would help me do postures better, and I remember the blank stare I got in response.
